Two of the hottest brands are coming together for a special release. Denim Tears and Marc Jacobs are release a co-branded bag.

As spotted on Highsnobiety Tremaine Emory is expanding his popular label. This week, Denim Tears announced a special release by Marc Jacobs in honor of Marc Jacobs’ 40th anniversary and the two creative’s long-standing friendship. Made from full-grain leather, this medium-sized carry features a top zipper closure, “The Tears Bag” embossed on the front, and the Denim Tears cotton wreaths throughout both sides of the body. Inside, we get plenty of storage with multiple internal pockets, making it ideal for your day-to-day essentials.

This is not the first time Tremaine Emory has worked with Marc Jacobs. According to the Denim Tears website, the Queens, NY native worked in the stockroom at a Marc Jacobs store in New York City in 2006 before moving to London in 2010 to work at the Marc Jacobs signature store. In a recent interview Emory details how Jacobs’ was a large influence in his career.

“It was really for me watching your career from afar as a fan from a young age, besides the prowess of design your inclusion of working with people, again I had never seen that before” Emory explained.
