Ray J Detained By LAPD After Heated Spat With Princess Love

Ray J found himself in the back of a squad car last week following an argument with his soon-to-be ex-wife, Princess Love. 

TMZ exclusively reports the LAPD detained the reality star/singer following a heated argument with Princess Love. According to the celebrity gossip site, The “One Wish” singer was fresh off a tour performance on Thursday, March 13, when the two began arguing over the pending divorce.

Per TMZ:

We’re told Princess called LAPD, claiming Ray J was being aggressive, yelling, and possibly under the influence.

Our sources say when cops arrived at the house, they detained Ray and slapped on a pair of handcuffs … keeping him in the back of a black-and-white to de-escalate and figure out what the heck happened between them.

After speaking to both parties, we’re told police determined no crime had been committed. Ray J was taken out of cuffs, released, and went on his way.

According to TMZ, some of the interaction between Ray J and cops went online, and Ray J could be heard thanking local law enforcement for their handling of the situation.

The website says the LAPD took a domestic violence incident report. Still, the cops determined no actual crime was committed, and Ray J was never placed under arrest despite having handcuffs slapped on him.

This incident is the latest saga in the tumultuous relationship between the two former lovebirds, who have skated with divorce numerous times before settling to end their union for good. 

Before things fell apart, the couple had been married for 8 years and had two children, Melody and Epik.

We hope these two can find a way to split amicably for the sake of their kids.
