Diddy Suit Names Jay-Z, Beyoncé And LeBron As Witnesses
Jay-Z, Beyoncé & LeBron James Named In Lawsuit Accusing Diddy Of Sexual Abuse With a Genital Mask

Sean “Diddy” Combs is still the subject of mounting allegations of sexual abuse and the corresponding lawsuits. However, the latest suit filed against the Bad Boy mogul has an odd twist. For the second time, an allegation against Diddy has alleged the involvement of Jay-Z, but this time, it also involves Beyoncé, LeBron James, famed celebrity jeweler Jacob Abaro, and Emilio and Gloria Estefan, all of whom are accused of witnessing the event. Another thing unique about this particular lawsuit is that its plaintiff has been identified publicly, unlike the myriad of Jane Does and John Does who have launched many of the previous lawsuits.
According to TMZ, Joseph Manzaro of Florida, has accused Diddy of humiliating him at an April 2015 birthday party for King Combs by strapping a fake penis to his face, parading him around and more. Manzaro claims he was drugged and transported to a mansion owned by the Estefans in Miami’s Star Island, where the party was held. Manzaro said he was first dragged through the back entrance of the mansion, where he was spotted by a horrified Gloria, who witnessed his “drug-induced stupor” and demanded someone call an ambulance for him. But that ambulance was allegedly not called.
From TMZ:
Manzaro claims Emilio quickly silenced Gloria and ushered her away into the crowd … and then he says he saw LeBron walking through a hallway in a bath towel. He says LBJ looked at him and said, “Y’all better do something about that!”
In the docs, Manzaro claims ex-porn star Adria English then led him through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion … and he regained partial consciousness in a large party area, where he noticed Beyoncé and Jay-Z.Manzaro claims when Beyoncé saw him, she asked … “What’s this? What’s this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a c-ck mask standing here in front of me?” He says one of Diddy’s goons told Beyoncé, “Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.”
Diddy’s accuser claims he was then forcibly paraded through multiple rooms filled with people who jeered and taunted him … and he says Diddy ordered him to be degraded, calling out … “He’s gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!”
Manzaro says he was stripped and then dressed in a small thong bikini bottom and a black leather mask with a rubber dam forcibly inserted and zipped closed over his head. He says a locking sex device was affixed to the mask, protruding from his mouth … with Diddy and Adria allegedly subjecting him to degrading and non-consensual acts.
He says later in the night he came across celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo, who he says was visibly disturbed by his attire. He claims Jacob asked, “What’s this? What’s going on with this guy? Why is he standing here staring at me with a penis strapped to his face?”
Manzaro claims Emilio again intervened and told Diddy’s goons to get him out of Jacob’s sight … and then Gloria again pleaded for an ambulance, with Emilio silencing her and shoving her away into a crowd.
To be clear, neither Jay-Z, Beyoncé, James, Arabo nor Gloria are named as defendants in the suit alongside Diddy. However, Emilio is along with Adria, Diddy’s alleged drug mule, a man named Brendan Paul, and others. Despite not being named as defendants, attorneys and reps for Jay-Z, James and Gloria have all released statements denying their clients were involved.
“This is demonstrably false and doesn’t even merit a report or response,” a spokesperson for James declared. “A basic internet search shows what LeBron was doing all of April 2015. He was playing basketball for the Cleveland Cavaliers and never in Miami.”
Alex Spiro, Jay-Z’s attorney who aggressively defended him the last time he was named in a Diddy lawsuit, told TMZ, “Mr Carter wasn’t in Florida at that time to witness this incident – he was engaged in easily findable public activities that prove he was not at this event. This is more nonsense that erodes the trust in our ‘justice’ system.”
Meanwhile, a rep for the Estavans denies either of them are guilty of anything, and that they never lived in the home where the event took place.
“Gloria and Emilio Estefan strongly deny the allegations made,” the rep said. “The property in question was never a home where Gloria and Emilio resided, but it was rather a house they owned for family use. There were no parties thrown at that property between 2012 and 2019. We have all necessary documentation to support these facts and will provide it to the court.”
Brian Bieber, an attorney for Brendan Paul, also claims the allegations against his client are false, and he was not shy about expressing his indignance over the matter.
“Is this an April Fool’s Day joke?” Bieber asked rhetorically. “If someone seriously filed this lawsuit, the allegations against Brendan are 100% false and literally impossible to have occurred.
“Brendan was still in high school in Ohio at the time, having never even set foot in West Palm Beach in his life,” he continued. “It’s unfortunate that anyone who pays the filing fee and gets directions to the Courthouse can file a frivolous lawsuit. We will be seeking an immediate dismissal of the case, and appropriate sanctions.”
