American Horror Story: Coven – Prime Video

I have a thing for New Orleans—the culture, the history, and anything spooky. I go several times a year and even took a haunted tour to the rumored gravesite of the Voodoo Queen herself, Marie Laveau. It’s no surprise I’m running American Horror Story: Coven back for the sixth time. It’s hands down my favorite season. Angela Bassett is the iconic Voodoo Queen, and Gabourey Sidibe plays Queenie—a young human voodoo doll.

This particular season follows a group of young witches who are sent to a private school in New Orleans after what seems to be a literal witch hunt. There, they’re trained by seasoned witches on how to survive and control their powers.  All of this unfolds with real NOLA folklore, powerful women, and supernatural drama. You can stream it on Prime Video.—Alexis Felder

The byproducts of the WNBA finally getting more attention are the increased level of NCAA talent and the ladies getting the docuseries treatment. Those two aspects unite for the second season of ESPN‘s Full Court Press. This season’s trio consists of Notre Dame’s two-time FIBA gold medalist Hannah Hidalgo, LSU’s 2023 NCAA champion and rapper Flau’jae Johnson and USC graduate Kiki Iriafen, the Washington Mystics’ fourth overall pick in the 2025 WNBA draft. All three woman are on their own journey —both on the court and personally— with ESPN in tow for the 2024-25 season.

The first two episodes of season two of Full Court Press premiere Saturday on ESPN and will then be available to stream on Disney+ and ESPN+.—Bruce Goodwin II

When you can’t decide on a documentary, or a drama or a sci-fi series to stream, a good “How To” series always come in handy to pass the time. There’s a reason HGTV is so popular an Married To Real Estate is one of the more entertaining programs on the channel. The series is hosted by Egypt Sherrod, a real estate agent and designer who may be familiar to many due to her past career in urban radio, and her husband, Mike Jackson, who go about renovating homes in the Atlanta area. The series is currently on its 4th season and along with the occasional celebrity and evading the pitfalls of fixing up homes, it’s always an entertaining watch.
