Ashton Hall is learning that not all content will flourish on X, like on TikTok and Instagram.
Saturday, fitness influencer Ashton Hall trended on X, formerly Twitter, and not for any good reason. Thursday morning, the account @tipsformenx shared a video of Hall’s wake-up routine, which hilariously begins at 4 a.m., which has gone viral.
In the video, Hall can be seen doing numerous things, like hilariously swimming for a couple of minutes, brushing his teeth, and running at high speeds, but what seems to be the most important to his routine is dunking his face in ice water multiple times.
His “routine” ends at 9:30 a.m., when he enjoys a meal.
On Instagram and TikTok, Hall boasts 4.7 million and 8.7 million followers, but on X, he’s only hitting under 2,000 followers. The video in question has 548 million views and counting, has been retweeted 57K times, and has over 141K likes, but that’s nothing to celebrate because he is getting fried on Elon Musk’s trash platform.
Users have relentlessly mocked his video, recreating the outrageous moments and laughing at what Hall is doing.

Another user on X added, “bro woke up at 4am in the morning to spend 6 hours bullsh***ing.”
Another person couldn’t get over Hall “floating for 4 minutes” during the swimming portion of the clip.
