Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson Facing Another Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Deshaun Watson‘s got more than just issues trying to get back into form as Cleveland Browns quarterback; another legal issue has popped up.

Watson has already been accused of more than 20 cases of sexual assault and misconduct, 23 of which have been settled. But now he’s facing yet an additional one which sounds eerily similar to the account several other alleged victims gave.

The latest comes from Jane Doe, who says she arranged to go on a date with Watson on October 10, 2020, but things quickly soured when he was unable to locate her apartment and began “aggressively yelling and screaming.”

According to the lawsuit, finally, an irate Watson found her home, but Doe was still putting on makeup, so he sat on her couch as she finished getting dressed. Doe realized something was up because as she got ready in the bathroom, she tried having a conversation with Watson but received no response.

So Doe left the bathroom and to her surprise, Watson was no longer on the couch.

“Jane Doe came out of her bathroom to investigate Watson’s silence and shockingly found him completely naked on her bed, lying face-down on his stomach. While Jane Doe stood there in shock, Watson turned his head and aggressively insisted that she massage him, gesturing to his buttocks,” the suit reads. “Jane Doe asked if Watson meant he wanted her to massage his back, but Watson indicated that it was his buttocks he wanted massaged.”

Doe was terrified, so she complied and started rubbing his back despite his request for her to focus on his glutes. An angry Watson then allegedly flipped over to reveal an erection, ordering her to massage that instead, but she reiterated that she’s not a masseuse.

The quarterback then asked her what she wanted to do instead, then proceeded to “partially disrobed Jane Doe and penetrated her vagina without consent, implicit or explicit.”

After forcing her to switch positions, Doe finally got away and went to grab a heavy object to defend herself. She told him to leave and eventually stormed out.

In the past, to move on from the alleged crimes, aside from settling with previous victims, he was also fined by the NFL and suspended for 11 games. But with this continued behavior popping up, NBC Sports reports that he could violate the Personal Conduct Policy, thus ending his time with the Browns and maybe the league.
