According to NBC News, the lawsuits were anonymously filed in New York State Supreme Court by lawyer Thomas Giuffra, stating that the incidents allegedly occurred between 2019 and 2022. All three men claim that Diddy gave them spiked alcoholic beverages, and once passed out, he took advantage of them.
One of the men was actually a previous employee of Diddy, who worked for him off the books from 2006 to 2018. He says his pay was an issue, so he met Diddy at a New York hotel in 2020 to receive a “substantial amount of money.”
The alleged victim says once he entered Diddy’s hotel room, he was offered a drink, and within “two minutes, I start to feel, like, just very tired, very sleepy.”
When he eventually woke up, Diddy was raping him, and when he tried to stop him, the billionaire said, “I’m almost done.”
“The phrase that just rattles in my brain all the time is ‘I’m almost done,’” he recounts. “’Just stop, just stop moving. I’m almost finished.'”
One man also claims that the rape was filmed by two people in Diddy’s crew, who then paid him $2,500.
Another accuser says he was also assaulted in a hotel, specifically the Park Hyatt Hotel in New York, which is also where Diddy was arrested back in September. Ever since, he’s been locked up in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center on racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution charges.
None of the men initially spoke up because they were scared, given Diddy’s immense resources.
“Out of fear and humiliation, Plaintiff never told anybody about the aforementioned incident, until now,” the filing adds.
“After the assaults, he ensured their silence by threatening them and relying on their fear of his power,” Giuffra said in a statement. “This is a long overdue opportunity for the victims to take the power back after carrying the burden of the assaults in silence for several years.”
