If there’s one person who revels in kicking their enemies while they’re down, it’s 50 Cent.

And his latest foe he has in his grip is Diddy, amid his massive sexual assault and sex trafficking legal troubles against Cassie and several other women.

But the latest suit filed against the disgraced mogul is wholly unrelated and actually came from an alleged member of the Sinaloa drug cartel named Alfredo P. Gonzalez. Gonzalez attempted to sue Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment for ruining his drug dealing reputation with his New York contacts, and for his troubles, he wanted $666,000.

Chief U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain immediately threw out the “baseless” case, citing that even if Gonzalez’s claims are valid, the law doesn’t protect illegal activities, so it has no merit and wouldn’t even let the defendant adjust the suit.

50 Cent got wind of the case — which was first published on NewsNation— and immediately took to social media to mention the ludacrisness of the headline, which read, “Diddy sued by Sinaloa cartel member for allegedly ruining drug business.”

“Ok, I have seen it all WTF is going on here,” 50 wrote in the caption, but the Queens-born rapper is known to post and delete, so his commentary is no longer on his Instagram.

The suit claims that Diddy asked Gonzalez to traffic minors for parties, and when he declined, he was told Diddy would make his life “hell” due to the “power [Combs] has in the streets,” which subsequently ruined his street dealings.

Gonzalez has a history of odd lawsuits, including those aimed at the FBI, CIA, and Joe Biden, but like the Diddy case, they’ve all been dropped.

Still, Diddy is facing at least eight other cases accused of a bevy of shocking acts like sexual assault, rape, physical abuse, and other illegal activities.

See how social media is reacting to Diddy’s latest lawsuit below.
