Dallas Cowboys v Washington Commanders

Last week, news broke that Jay-Z was the other male celebrity that joined Diddy in the raping of a then 13-year-old, and it appears the claim is already falling apart.

Jay immediately came to his own defense, releasing a poignant statement on Roc Nation’s social media pages vehemently denying any claims tossed at him in the lawsuit. Now, his lawyer isn’t holding back either.

Alex Spiro had a meeting at Roc Nation’s New York headquarters to lay out why his client isn’t guilty of what he’s accused of doing at a 2000 MTV Music Awards afterparty.

And it starts with just that: the party.

According to ABC News, Spiro points out an interview that the accuser did with NBC and began ripping holes in her story, including her saying she talked to members of Good Charlotte while at the party. But reps for Good Charlotte say they were actually on tour in the Midwest at the time.

Jane Doe also explained the assault took place at a residential home that was about 20 minutes from Radio City Music Hall that had a U-shaped driveway, but upon a search, none of Diddy’s homes fit that description.

She goes on to explain that her father picked her up in the city from his home in Rochester, a five-hour drive. But when asked, her father doesn’t even remember picking her up.

The victim also states that she watched the awards and the VMAs from a jumbotron outside, but the NYPD and one of the show’s producers say they didn’t have a permit for that in 2000.

Spiro also turns his attention to Tony Buzbee, the lawyer behind dozens of lawsuits against Diddy, who argues that he’s taking advantage of Doe.

“You all saw that video of her being interviewed in that shadowy room,” Spiro said, referring to the interview with NBC News. “She’s talking about her issues, her head trauma. She’s been through a lot in her life.

“Who took advantage of this? Why are we here? Why is this story even created? I’ll tell you… This lawyer took advantage of this. That’s what’s going on here.”

Spiro expects the claim to be dropped soon.

“Obviously, Jay-Z did not rape a child,” Spiro said. “They don’t have any witnesses because this never happened, and you don’t need witnesses because the time doesn’t work. There’s literally photographic evidence that proves that this could not have happened.”
