Kanye West‘s streak of tweeting and deleting continues.

The Chicago-born multi-hyphenate’s frenemy relationship with Drake is constantly flip-flopping. They alternate between collaborating on songs or dragging their rich people’s problems into the public eye by disparaging each other over the sizes of their pools.

But for now, West and Drake are on good terms… or at least Ye wants to be.

On X, formerly known as Twitter, Ye was watching a video of Drake and suddenly wanted to make amends, admitting that their past problems stemmed from envy.

“I SAW A VIDEO OF DRAKE WALKING THROUGH HIS HOUSE AND SHOWING HE HAD A LIBRARY OF RYHME BOOKS MAN I WISH I COULD HAVE SEEN AND REMEMBERED THIS WHEN MY JEALOUSY OVERTOOK ME,” he wrote.

Of course, Ye couldn’t just extend an olive branch. He made his declaration even more extreme by making a pretty odd request from Drake once he dies.

“I LOVE DRAKE IMA SAY THIS WHEN I DIE I NEED YOU TO SPEAK AT ME FUNERAL,” Ye adds.

The two rappers’ relationship began in 2009 when Ye directed the video for his breakout single, “Best I Ever Had.” Later, they appeared on “Forever” alongside Eminem and Lil Wayne.

Things became dicey after that when Drake seemingly took a shot at Ye’s collaborative Watch The Throne album with Jay-Z, rapping, “I’m just feeling like the throne is for the taking, watch me take it.”

From there, they traded barbs, and Ye produced Pusha T‘s “Infrared,” in which the Virginia rapper mentioned the ghostwriting allegations and ignited the beef that led to Drake revealing his son to the world.

Ye and Drake would later reconcile and perform together for the Larry Hoover Benefit Concert. But years later, Ye would open the can of worms again when hoping on to Future and Metro Boomin’s infamous “Like That” track with a verse dedicated to tearing down Drake.
