If you thought you’d stop hearing about Kanye West’s erratic behavior and random rants because his X/Twitter account has been deactivated, you’re sorely mistaken.

A former employee of Yeezy, referred to as Jane Doe, who worked in the marketing department beginning in 2023, filed a lawsuit against Ye in L.A. Superior Court. The paperwork allegedly includes some pretty damning texts from the rapper that were hateful and misogynistic.

Screenshots provided for the case showcase the treatment the staffer was subjected to, including texts that read, Hail Hitler,”“You ugly as f-ck,” “You stupid a* corny b-tch,” You piece of sh-t,” and “F-ck you, b-tch.”

He continued to degrade her looks, saying she wasn’t pretty without makeup, daring her to “smear” him and get him locked up after referencing his “death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE” antisemitic tweet from 2022 by texting, “you whats left after I said deathcon.”

The lawsuit states that while Doe was employed there, Ye “carried out a calculated campaign to threaten and psychologically torment Jewish people around him, especially Plaintiff.”

The court docs even say that at one point, the woman believed that Vultures Vol.1 cover art was reminiscent of Nazi symbolism, so she told her coworker that Ye should make a public statement condemning Nazis. But, he instead texted her, “I Am A Nazi.”

One of the texts in a group chat consisting of his Jewish employees even read, “Welcome to the first day of working for Hitler,” before he removed them from the text chain. The employee was reportedly terminated via email the following day.

Other than his affinity for Nazism, Ye’s constant obsession with nudity was also on full display, which Doe tried her best to work past.

Doe is suing for alleged discrimination, a hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and unfair wages after agreeing to a specific rate.

“The unwelcome exposure to such nudity made Plaintiff feel uncomfortable and deeply unsettled,” the lawsuit read. “However, Plaintiff did her best to ignore it and persevered through Ye’s constant degradation of women.”

Ye’s tweeting of porn is ultimately what led to his latest ban from X, which Elon Musk made clear.
