Marcus Jordan, son of Michael Jordan, has been involved in drama for the first time since his split from Larsa Pippen in 2024.

The GOAT’s 34-year-old son has been arrested on charges of DUI, property damage or personal injury, cocaine possession, and resisting arrest. The takedown took place on Monday night, and he was booked at the Orange County Jail in Orlando, Florida, and there’s even a mugshot to prove it.

TMZ first reported the arrest and recently added that it stemmed from Jordan getting his Lamborghini SUV truck stuck on the train tracks after a night out at the strip club. Officers added that he smelled of liquor when they approached him and also had “slurred speech and red bloodshot/glassy eyes.”

He reportedly failed three sobriety tests, which is when he was placed under arrest and then refused a breathalyzer test. After searching him, they found a white powdery substance in his pocket that they say later tested positive for cocaine.

According to ABC 15, his bond was set at $4,000, and it’s unknown if he’s been released yet.

Last August, pictures leaked showed him having lunch in the south of France while he appeared to snort a white substance.

This isn’t the first time he’s been in trouble with authorities, either. The first came back in 2010 when he enrolled at the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he played basketball alongside his older brother Jeffery. While there, he was investigated by the Nevada Gaming Control after bragging on Twitter about spending $50,0000 at Las Vegas Nightclubs.

Then, in 2012, he was arrested after getting into an argument with two women outside an Omaha, Nebraska hotel. Police say he was “very animated, intoxicated and uncooperative” during the cooperation and allegedly needed help trying to subdue him after a brief struggle.

He later paid a $250 fine after pleading no contest to disturbing the peace, and the charge of obstructing an officer was later dropped.

Being Michael Jordan’s son also has its perks. He owns the high-end sneaker store Trophy Room, which he opened in 2016 in Disney Springs, Disney World, Orlando. That spot later closed, and the store transitioned to online only for a bit before opening a new location in Orlando. On Feb. 14, it will also be one of the 23 stores stocking the limited and highly coveted Air Jordan 1 ‘Banned.’
