Despite Tory Lanez being sentenced to 10 years in prison, he’s still managing to allegedly harass Megan Thee Stallion.

According to CBS News, he’s apparently been such a terror that she’s filing for a retaining order against the Canadian rapper from the Los Angeles Superior Court judge so that he’ll leave her alone.

“Even now, while behind bars, Mr. Peterson shows no signs of stopping. Despite being sentenced to 10 years in prison for shooting Ms. Pete, Mr. Peterson continues to subject her to repeated trauma and revictimization,” the petition reads.

Back in October –in the Southern District of Florida– Meg sued blogger Milagro Gramz (real name Milagro Elizabeth Cooper), who she says Lanez recruited to “churn out falsehoods” about the 2020 shooting that took place after they left Kylie Jenner’s house while having a heated argument.

She’s updated the lawsuit against Gramz after she learned that there was some damning evidence about the blogger spread between Lanez and his father during their prison calls exposed via call logs.

“In these prison calls, Mr. Peterson’s father—when he thought no one was listening— asked his son about payments to Ms. Cooper for her harassment of Ms. Pete: ‘How are they ever going to prove something like that?’” the filing reads.

TMZ reports that Tory’s dad gave Cooper several payments for disparaging Meg, totaling $3,000 between October 2020 and March 2022. Cooper was paid to make Meg appear like she was lying with reports about the gun and bullet fragments that struck Meg in her foot missing, cyberstalking, and sharing deepfake pornography. Combined, all of which initially caused her “emotional distress.”

Tory is currently held in a California prison in rural Tehachapi and continues to fight for his appeal.
