The Migos member has applied for spousal support from Cardi in the amended filing, with TMZ reporting that a specific amount isn’t mentioned. The rest of his retort remains the same as when he initially filed it, including his desire to split custody of their three children —Kulture, Wave, and a baby girl—while allowing Cardi’s place to be the primary home base for them.

The two rappers first got married in 2017, and rumors of a divorce began to circulate in 2020, but they appeared to reconcile just weeks later. Then, once the divorce filing was confirmed in July 2024, she announced she was pregnant with the couple’s third child the day after.
With public divorce filings, the breakup has become messy, as both sides are sending subliminals. Offset tried to quiet the drama last week, though, tweeting, “Keep my name out sh*t please thank you tired of this circus I want out. Let ppl live they life… I want peace no smoke I love all bardi gang we grown man she happy let her live she don’t want to see this sh*t either man life goes on we can all be friends man.”
Now, Cardi has once again hopped on social media to respond to Offset’s latest request.
“Offset stayed in Cardi’s purse while they were together. Cheated by having his girls in HER HOMES!!!!!!! Now he’s asking for spousal support,” a fan tweeted. “A cheater is asking for spousal support!!!! He has no shame.”
Cardi retweeted another fan’s response to that, which reads, “The thing is: I don’t even think it’s about the money. Offset just wants to mess with Cardi because he’s in his feelings that she has moved on.”
